Job Overview

The Business Systems Improvement Leader is responsible for driving the analysis, design, and delivery of business improvements across various operational domains.

This role requires a deep understanding of the meat distribution business, involving ERP systems, importation, storage in third-party logistics and company-owned warehouses, and delivery via subcontracted or in-house transport.

  • Leverages business and system analysis expertise to lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing business-system integration, analysis, and automation deliverables.
  • Provides strategic planning, design, and execution of business-system integration, analysis, and automation initiatives including user requirements, functional specifications, models, and system use cases.
  • Oversees the planning, design, and implementation of business-system integration, analysis improvements, automation, and digitization that enhance efficiency across operations, sales, and logistics.
  • Manages project delivery for system-related initiatives by creating detailed roadmaps, resource allocation, and task assignments.
Key Skills and Qualifications

Years of Work Experience: Requires 2-4 years of experience in a similar role with leadership experience being an advantage.

Educational Attainment: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
