Job Title: eCommerce Project Manager

As a senior eCommerce project manager, you will oversee and coordinate strategies to elevate clients' online presence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive eCommerce solutions.

  • Client Liaison : Engage with clients to understand their eCommerce needs and document requirements
  • Project Organizer : Create and manage detailed project plans in Asana, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities
  • Task Translator : Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development and design teams
  • Timeline Manager : Develop and communicate project timelines to clients, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and deadlines
  • Proactive Communicator : Follow up with clients to obtain necessary information and materials, addressing any delays or issues promptly
  • Quality Assurance Inspector : Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and maintain high-quality standards

Key Skills Required:

  • eCommerce Expertise : Extensive experience managing eCommerce projects, with a deep understanding of online retail operations
  • Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Technical Proficiency : Skilled in using Asana, Google Drive, and other project management platforms
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to anticipate potential issues and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track
