We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our digital operations team. As a Digital Operations Manager, you will oversee the delivery and quality of digital assets, ensuring projects meet deadlines and standards.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for building and refining processes, enforcing deadlines, and coaching your team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with the SEO and Digital Marketing Director to enhance workflows and launch new initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to spot risks and remove roadblocks.
  • Review and refine the output of the QA, design, and web support teams.
  • Lead and coach a team of 10, setting clear expectations and managing workloads.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, digital marketing, and client-facing teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations.
  • 2+ years managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and website delivery.
  • Proficiency with WordPress, including testing new features.
  • A keen eye for design and content QA.
  • Figma fluency and experience collaborating with designers and stakeholders.
