E-commerce Director Wanted. Lead e-commerce operations and optimize website performance.

As E-commerce Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our e-commerce websites. Your key objectives will include sales growth, promotions, content updates, product merchandising, email and SMS campaigns, and site analytics. You will oversee all aspects of e-commerce operations, ensuring timely and effective execution of tasks and projects.

E-commerce Operations:
Manage and optimize product display pages to ensure accurate content, strong SEO, and conversion-forward design. Oversee homepage, navigation, and seasonal merchandising updates. Plan and execute product launches and sales promotions. Monitor site daily to ensure uptime, product availability, and bug-free performance.

Content & Blog:
Update and publish blog content regularly. Collaborate on ideas to tie site content to brand campaigns and seasonal storytelling.

Analytics & Optimization:
Monitor Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics performance metrics. Track and report on site health, average order value, conversion rates, and bounce rates. Make actionable recommendations to improve performance and customer experience.

Email & SMS Marketing (Klaviyo):
Manage and grow revenue through email and SMS marketing. Build, optimize, and test flows for welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart, and win back campaigns. Own the calendar for regular campaign sends, working with the founder and creative team to execute beautifully branded, high-performing emails.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years managing direct-to-consumer e-commerce, preferably in beauty/wellness/lifestyle brands. You must have deep experience with Shopify and Klaviyo (email and SMS). Confident use of Google Analytics, analytics tools, heatmaps, and data interpretation is essential. A strong eye for detail and user experience is required. Excellent copy, communication, and project management skills are necessary. Comfortable working independently in a remote role, but collaborative in spirit.
