We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, handling customer inquiries and orders, coordinating domestic and international orders, monitoring stock levels, and supporting marketing campaigns.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, pricing, and content updates across multiple platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing across digital channels.
- Coordinate orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels, generate replenishment reports, and support supply chain forecasting.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and trade events while maintaining brand consistency.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, or sales operations.
- Knowledge of Shopify and order management/finance systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales and inventory data to provide actionable insights.
