About this Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Asset Management Analyst.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving asset value enhancement and operational excellence across our diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide asset management support and financial analysis, including preparation of annual business plans, quarterly valuation models, leasing analyses, ongoing monitoring, and reporting of investment performance.
- Evaluate portfolio composition on an ongoing basis, long-term strategic vision for investment vehicles, and prospective new investment opportunities or strategies.
- Provide necessary support and direction during all phases of the asset lifecycle from acquisition through development, leasing, asset management, and possible disposition.
- Analyze ongoing portfolio risk and cash flow requirements.
- Draft and review lease documents and amendments.
- Direct property managers towards optimizing portfolio assets.
- Prepare monthly reporting materials.
- Assist with management of portfolio insurance.
- Engage with contractors and vendors during capital project lifecycles.
- Create processes and KPIs for the team.
