Asset Servicing Executive - Real Assets

About the Role

The key responsibility is reviewing general ledgers and financial statements, preparing sub-consolidations, and supervising junior staff. The role involves acting as a primary point of contact with stakeholders, monitoring staff progression, and identifying areas for training and development.


Your Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and/or professional accounting qualifications (CA, CPA)
  • Minimum 6+ years' experience in accounting for the financial services sector, particularly real estate, asset management, or fund administration
  • Supervisory experience managing/leading staff
  • Knowledge of IFRS and/or USGAAP
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Motivated, diligent, and deadline-focused
