Fund Administration is our core business, with our alternative asset and accounting service being one of the most respected in the industry.

Our Fund Accounting team delivers award-winning services for complex fund structures, and as a core member of this team, you will work with accomplished professionals to achieve these results.

The Role:
  • Maintain books and records and calculate fund Net Asset Values.
  • Coordinate and review financial statements and associated reports.
  • Coordinate calculations of carried interest/performance/incentive fees.
  • Coordinate investor allocations for capital calls, distributions, and equalizations.
  • Coordinate partner capital account statements.
  • Process payments and other transactions.
  • Supervise junior staff and review their work.
  • Act as primary contact with clients and other fund participants.
  • Work closely with Investor Relations to respond to investor queries.
  • Maintain relationships with investors, investment advisors/managers, banks, and auditors.
  • Assist auditors and other fund participants.
  • Participate in presentations to clients.
  • Monitor compliance of agreements with clients.
  • Participate in projects related to business expansion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 6+ years' experience in accounting for the financial services sector, particularly Private Equity, Asset Management, or Fund Administration.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and/or USGAAP.
  • Experience reviewing and preparing general ledger and financial statements.
  • Established knowledge in accounting and consolidations under IFRS.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • A motivated individual who meets deadlines.
  • A team player with supervisory skills and experience managing staff.
  • Strong business acumen and client relationship management.
  • Sound judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) and enterprise accounting systems.
