Our Business Analyst role focuses on delivering high-quality business solutions. We're seeking a skilled professional to analyze the current and future business environment, gather and document project requirements, and develop comprehensive business requirement documents.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the current and future business environment and systems landscape.
  • Gather and document business and client project requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
  • Present detailed requirements to stakeholders.
  • Review and evaluate proposed solutions for alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to design and implement solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analysis, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data systems and management.
  • Proven success in business analysis roles involving complex project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities.
