Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled data analyst to join our team. As a Business Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for translating complex data sets into actionable insights that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in data analysis and preparation, including use of statistical methods and handling very large data sets using SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages. They will also have experience building reports using Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar tools.

Additional responsibilities include effective communication skills, ability to convey thoughts and information clearly in writing and verbally, taking initiative to act and resolve problems, and adapting quickly to changes in day-to-day operations related to department priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop actionable insights from complex data sets to support business decisions.
  • Leverage storytelling skills to deliver insights that are clear, concise and actionable.
  • Work with business partners to interpret analysis results and develop next steps.
  • Develop ad hoc reports that lead to insights and analysis needed for the business.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT/Computer field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to prioritize information effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changes in day-to-day operations.
