Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

This role involves managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain social media presence, including creating and publishing content
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple digital channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in digital marketing
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Provide recommendations for improving marketing efforts and increasing ROI
  • Support the development of content calendars and editorial plans
  • Assist in brainstorming ideas for new marketing initiatives and events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
