Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Content Creation (70%): Develop thought leadership articles, guides, analyses, and customer stories that demonstrate real business outcomes.
  • Translate intricate NLP and customer experience concepts into actionable content for executives, brand managers, product managers, and CX professionals.
  • Pioneer our content strategy evolution by creating content aligned with genuine intent, not just keywords.
Editorial Excellence & Strategy (30%):
  • Guide freelance writers and contributors to uphold quality standards.
  • Repurpose lengthy content across channels while adapting tone and depth for each audience.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to ensure content supports business objectives and customer journeys.
