Brand Manager Job Description

Lit Digital is seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager/Content Strategist to lead the development of powerful brand stories across various digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in brands management in an agency setting and a proven track record of managing multiple brands and delivering projects on time.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams. Copywriting skills, social media savvy, and ability to work independently are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out market research to stay up-to-date with industry and platform trends
  • Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across online platforms to ensure client expectations are met and credibility is built
  • Analyze campaign success and create reports with actionable insights
  • Supervise content production and campaign executions to maintain consistency in branding
  • Meet and collaborate with clients and work with Lit's teams across multiple departments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in brands management in an agency setting
  • Clients handled from hospitality and retail industries ideally
  • Proven track record of managing multiple brands and delivering projects on time
  • Proven track record of content and brand strategy creation
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Copywriting skills a big plus
