About this Opportunity

This is a chance to work on general ledger tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and adjustments. You will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of working papers for month-end close and audit preparation.

Maintaining compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and internal policies is crucial in this position. You will also support internal and external audits by preparing accurate documentation.

In addition, you will identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities, collaborate with other finance functions to produce financial reports with clarity and accuracy, and leverage Excel and big data tools to analyze trends and support decision-making.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Relevant experience in audit or end-to-end general ledger operations is essential. Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems are also required.

Familiarity with financial reporting, audit preparation, and tax compliance is necessary, as well as great communication skills and a proactive attitude. A team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment is ideal for this position.
