We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Client Acquisition Specialist. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients and setting appointments for senior leadership.

Job Description:

The Client Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in the growth and development of our organization. Your primary objective will be to establish meaningful connections with U.S.-based prospects, effectively communicate our value proposition, and secure meetings for senior leadership.

  • Utilize provided contact lists to make outbound cold calls and engage with prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads and utilize your excellent communication skills to present our business offerings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Set up calendar invites and ensure seamless coordination between parties.
  • Monitor and track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Continuously refine call scripts and share feedback with the sales team to optimize results.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor when handling rejection and consistently follow up on leads.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
  • Proven success in B2B calling and appointment setting.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes with discipline and resilience.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity.
  • Clear and coherent written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce our value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S.-based prospects.
