As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities for our sales team. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, generating interest in our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales professionals.

  • Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Making outbound calls to potential customers
  2. Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
  3. Accurately inputting information into our system
  4. Representing the company in the best way possible when conversing with contacts
  5. Ensuring all calls meet the standards and requirements of the company
  6. Delivering reports accurately and on a timely basis
  7. Participating in process-improvement initiatives
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
  1. At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or any similar role
  2. Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
  3. Strong internet connection
  4. Designated professional and quiet workspace
  5. Amenable to working on a graveyard shift
