Job Description

As an Appointment Setter, you'll connect potential clients with expert financial advisors who can transform their financial outlook. Scope
  • Full-time position (40 hours per week)
  • Remote work arrangement
  • Operating in the Mountain Time zone
  • Performance-based bonus structure
  • Direct reporting to financial advisor
  • Responsible for end-to-end appointment setting process
  • Focus on quality of appointments over quantity
  • Use of client-provided software and tools
Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold outreach to potential clients from provided lists
  • Qualify prospects according to established parameters
  • Schedule quality appointments for financial advisor meetings
  • Inform prospects about next steps in the process
  • Follow prescribed processes for appointment setting
  • Maintain consistent communication within the Mountain Time zone
  • Track and report on outreach activities and success metrics
Requirements
  • Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting
  • Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Excellent time management and organization abilities
  • Professional demeanor and articulate communication style
  • Basic understanding of financial services industry (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently while following established processes
  • Proficiency with CRM and communication software
