We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance and support to our clients in a fast-paced project-based environment.

  • Identify and document client challenges, expectations, and necessary information to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Utilize case management systems to record all relevant information regarding client challenges.
  • Use remote access utilities to replicate client challenges and isolate causes.
  • Leverage internal knowledgebase resources, peer knowledge, and documentation for known solutions.
  • Take restorative actions while minimizing disruption to the client's business operation.
  • Provide timely and effective status updates throughout the life of the service request until resolution.
  • Communicate complex business processes and procedures to resolve client issues and prevent future problems.
  • Maintain dashboard management, including active service requests and aging specifications of open service requests.
  • Collaborate with teams, departments, and peers to resolve client issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Actively seek and apply knowledge gained from colleagues and other resources and share knowledge with others.
  • Develop and maintain expertise of our software product and application suites, operating platforms, and how customers can utilize and adapt software to effectively manage their businesses financially and operationally.

  • Expertise in SQL and ability to develop proficient-level skills.
  • Familiarity with software product and application suites.
  • Strong understanding of operating platforms and customer utilization.
