  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from concept design through planning, budgeting, procurement, and execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to guarantee high-quality design and construction standards.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, approve expenditures, and ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Operations, Accounting, and Merchandising to ensure alignment between design, construction, and operational requirements.
