Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to fill the role of Telco Account Service Representative.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Senior high school graduate.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
