Global Marketing Leader

We are seeking an experienced Global Marketing Leader to spearhead the execution of global marketing projects. This role involves launching and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring seamless coordination with the team.

You will work closely with senior marketing leaders to deliver high-quality, data-driven marketing execution from campaign setup and reporting to content coordination and digital optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to make a tangible impact across marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Coordinate with content creators internally and externally to produce high-quality content
  • Support campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis to measure performance
  • Update marketing assets including the website through HubSpot CMS
  • Research competitor activity and market trends to support campaign development
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in digital or growth marketing in an online startup environment
  • Hands-on experience with advanced software tools including AI-enabled automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with campaign data and reporting dashboards
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects at once
