Digital Marketing Leader

  • A leading company is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Leader to join their international team.

About the Role:

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.

This includes managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content, monitoring trends and competitors, and tracking performance metrics.

">

In addition, the candidate will oversee HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Content, Web, Automation, and CRM hubs to support business goals.

">

They will also manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions, and perform keyword research and ad copywriting to optimize ad performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media platforms.
  • Manage and optimise paid social campaigns using Meta Business Manager.
  • Create and schedule engaging organic content aligned with brand voice and objectives.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and platform updates to ensure best practices.
  • Track and analyse social media performance metrics to refine content and ad strategies.
  • Oversee HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Content, Web, Automation, and CRM hubs to support business goals.
  • Manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimise ad performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience in managing online advertising campaigns and leveraging analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
