Job Opportunity

The ideal Project Manager will oversee key operational tasks, including procurement and contract management, billing and financial processes, content creation, and document handling. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can ensure seamless project execution, maintain compliance with industry standards, and support quality assurance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the tendering process, preparing bid documents and reviewing proposals to optimize cost-effectiveness and quality
  • Negotiate and finalize supplier contracts to meet business objectives
  • Oversee the preparation and processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Monitor payments, reconcile financial records, and coordinate with stakeholders for billing-related issues
  • Create and edit reports, proposals, and other key business documents to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Review and proofread materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
  • Handle day-to-day project management tasks, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining documentation
  • Track project progress and ensure alignment with business goals
Requirements & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, procurement, or a similar role
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba, Excel, or relevant project management software
  • Communication Skills: Strong writing and editing abilities with an eye for detail
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess tender proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage financial processes
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, ability to multitask, and attention to detail
