Seeking a Project Coordinator to play a pivotal part in the success of our organization by spearheading new projects. Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing teams, planning and data analysis of program efficacy, streamlining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless virtual operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively support Regional Operations to deliver outstanding academic services to students and their families.
  • Maintain operating standards including people, financial, and academic standards.
  • Ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners.
  • Meet operational excellence standards.
  • Provide administrative support to Regional Operations, including answering phones, managing daily business data, and creating/managing schedules with students and teachers.
  • Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets.
  • Monitor all students' academic progress.
  • Help ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives.
  • Manage your own time in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
  • Other responsibilities as required by the business.
  • Build strong relationships with students and their families.
  • Dedicated to meeting customer expectations and requirements.

  • Ability to create SOPs with excellence.
  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exhibits professionalism and an approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on key objectives, adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Effective communications in virtual environments.
  • Proficient in using various communication media.
  • Ability to build trust and engagement in virtual relationships.
  • Works well with others.
  • Adaptable and able to acquire new skills as required.
  • Ability to manage remote relationships with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Experience working in virtual operations and team environments is essential.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, with 2-3 years progressive career growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
