Medical File Reviewer Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical File Reviewer to perform medical record review and analysis tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare case files and Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) assigned through the client portal.
  • Review and summarize medical records, identifying key findings and creating detailed reports.
  • Remotely assist medical providers during scheduled appointments, providing support with data collection and documentation.
  • Collaborate with medical providers to determine final diagnoses and complete DBQ spreadsheets.
  • Transfer data from DBQ spreadsheets to the client portal and submit completed forms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and active PHRN license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with veterans, medical providers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with flexibility in work schedule changes as needed.
  • Accountability for all assigned cases and proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
