Dynamic Social Media Manager Needed

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative individual to manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the wedding industry, as well as experience in creating engaging content and building online communities.

This role is crucial in driving trends and amplifying the magic of weddings worldwide. If you have a passion for storytelling and a flair for digital culture, we want to hear from you.

About the Role
  • Content Creation & Curation: Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with our brand voice and values. Create visually stunning content tailored to each platform, source and curate wedding trends and lifestyle inspiration, and collaborate with teams to amplify campaigns.
  • Scheduling & Publishing: Manage and schedule posts across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and consistent publishing in line with trending moments and cultural events. Monitor DMs, comments, and mentions, engaging with the community in a friendly and authentic way.
  • Community Management: Build and nurture strong connections with our audience, creating meaningful conversations and engagement. Collaborate with influencers and creators to expand our global reach.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, audience growth, and content trends. Provide actionable insights to refine strategies and campaigns.
  • Platform Management: Keep our profiles optimized, polished, and reflective of our premium positioning. Experiment with new features and creative formats to stay ahead of trends.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in social media management, ideally in weddings, fashion, lifestyle, or entertainment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
    • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a flair for wedding and lifestyle narratives.
    • Proficiency in design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
    • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Zoho Social, Publer).
