Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Community Builder to develop and expand a dynamic, active community of digital marketers.

The successful candidate will lead community efforts across multiple platforms with the aim of creating a collaborative environment where members can share knowledge, learn from each other, and grow professionally.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and challenges. Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to inform community strategies are also essential for this role.

Growth and engagement metrics will be closely monitored, and the Lead Community Builder will make continuous improvements based on feedback and performance. Collaboration with the Head of Marketing and CEO will be necessary to align community-building efforts with brand positioning and campaign initiatives.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in community management or similar roles.
