We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented recruitment professional to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience sourcing and recruiting candidates in the United States.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong candidate pipeline through sourcing and screening resumes/CVs, conducting initial interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers and clients to align recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms to identify top talent for client placements.
  • Screening resumes/CVs for qualifications and alignment with job requirements to ensure a high-quality talent pool.
  • Conducting initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, maintaining accurate and organized candidate records.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and clients to develop recruitment strategies and provide timely updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing with a focus on US markets.
  • Strong knowledge of US job market trends, hiring practices, and compliance basics, as well as excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar tools, and highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
