Talent Acquisition Specialist

The purpose of this role is to establish a network of candidates within one of our construction skill verticals.
Participate in one-on-one mentorship programs for professional development and growth.
Engage in sourcing, screening, and connecting with potential candidates who meet our clients' needs.
Assist in coordinating interviews and managing client relationships to ensure seamless communication.
Provide quality-focused search and selection support to clients on live vacancies, resulting in successful placements.
Support full-lifecycle recruiters on live vacancies, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
Previous experience in US Market recruitment with a focus on talent acquisition.
At least 3 years of recruiting experience within Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or Contract Furniture industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being communicative, engaging, and passionate about delivering results.
Organized and detail-oriented, with an eye for accuracy and precision.
