Job Title: Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you a seasoned recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition? Do you have experience in sourcing top talent and delivering exceptional candidate experiences?

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in shaping our growing organization by managing the recruitment process and attracting top talent.

  • Sourcing Qualified Candidates:
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through direct outreach and professional networking.
  • Utilize various platforms, including LinkedIn, social media, and local job boards, to source qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective strategies to attract top talent and meet business objectives.
  • Manage daily recruitment reports using Microsoft Excel, including tracking pipelines, interview progress, and open roles.
  • Conduct initial video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
  • Document interview notes and screening outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers across multiple time zones when needed.

Requirements:

  • 100% fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • +4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing and headhunting with strong engagement skills.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
