Job Title

We are seeking an experienced business solutions architect to design and deliver scalable, secure solutions that meet client needs.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how we approach solution design across the region, helping enterprise clients unlock the full potential of our platform through thoughtful architecture and consultative guidance.
  • Key responsibilities include providing strategic business and technical guidance on implementing our solutions, supporting Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations, and developing and delivering product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing our capabilities.
  • A strong understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud platforms is essential, as well as the ability to turn complex technical topics into clear business value.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also required, along with knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Learning & Development (L&D) solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.
  • Consult with potential clients to provide strategic business and technical guidance on implementing our solutions.
  • Support Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing our capabilities.
