Lead Data Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned data expert to drive strategic decision-making across the business. As a Lead Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our organization's growth, using data insights to inform key business initiatives.

This full-time opportunity involves collaborating with senior management to develop and maintain reporting solutions, gathering and analyzing requirements, and supporting executive leaders with financial planning and forecasting models.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely, accurate reports and insights to support operational and strategic goals.
  • Present analytical findings through clear reports, presentations, and visualizations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure reporting solutions drive sustainable business growth and enhance customer experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in corporate, consulting, or startup environments.
  • Highly proficient in Power BI, SQL, and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Google BigQuery, AWS, or Azure.
  • Commercially minded and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
