Expert Payroll Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Payroll Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our payroll services delivery team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.
Main Responsibilities:- You will work closely with team members and customers to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
- As a senior associate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as Workday HCM, Financials, and Payroll Certification (US payroll a must).
- Our ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing consulting environment and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
- Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll a must)
- Experience in a customer-facing consulting environment
- Clear and effective communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy
- Good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics
