As a key leader, you will oversee the seamless migration of our operations to Zoho. Your primary focus will be on inventory management, customer relationships, sales tracking, and financial record-keeping. Ensuring efficient integration with QuickBooks is crucial.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Migrate all data and processes to Zoho, including inventory, customers, sales, invoices, and integrations.
  • Evaluate and optimize the integration between Zoho and QuickBooks for accurate accounting and financial tracking.
  • Implement best practices in system maintenance and upkeep for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train team members on utilizing Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other relevant applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during operation.
  • Continuously assess and improve business workflows and automation processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in implementing and managing Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books.
  • Strong understanding of QuickBooks and its integration capabilities.
  • Background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide training and support to team members.
