Job Title: Portfolio Leasing Specialist

Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the leasing of multiple properties, developing and executing strategies to optimize occupancy rates, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of commercial real estate principles.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement leasing strategies to meet or exceed occupancy targets.
  2. Collaborate with program management, office of the BU head, and other teams to strategize expansion projects.
  3. Evaluate opportunities for department growth and recommend process improvements to enhance performance and productivity.
  4. Liaise with regional program managers, mall/building operations/property managers, and tenants to address concerns and develop solutions.

Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in corporate real estate, preferably with a focus on lease negotiations, operations, accounts, and property management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
