We're seeking a results-driven Leasing Manager to oversee all aspects of store leasing. This role is responsible for securing prime retail locations, managing lease agreements, and ensuring that sites support sales growth and brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Lead site identification, evaluation, and selection for new retail locations.
- Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and contract management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and brokers.
- Monitor lease terms, occupancy costs, and contract compliance.
- Provide market analysis and recommendations to support expansion and cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leasing or real estate management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of leasing practices, contracts, and retail property markets.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and lease negotiations.
