Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to fill this role. The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills and extensive experience in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Extract and manipulate raw operational data from multiple systems for timely and accurate reporting purposes.
  • Analyze performance metrics, such as turnaround time, error rates, and volume trends, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to create executive-level reporting packages and performance summaries that meet client expectations.
  • Align reporting outputs with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), client requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Design impactful data visualizations, including charts, dashboards, and graphs, for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Recommend and implement improvements in data collection, reporting automation, and visualization tools to enhance reporting speed, quality, and usability.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of recurring reports and standardize reporting templates across departments to ensure consistency.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that focus on improving reporting efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a data analysis or reporting analyst role, preferably within healthcare operations or business process outsourcing.
  • Proven track record of working with raw, unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
