We are seeking an experienced data analyst to drive data-driven decision making and operational excellence across various departments. In this crucial role, you'll manage comprehensive data handling for Loss Prevention, Operations, Quality, and Training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize data handling processes across departments\
  • Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks that support data-driven decision making\
  • Design and implement executive dashboards and operational reporting systems for leadership teams\
  • Establish KPIs and metrics that drive organizational performance and accountability\
  • Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement\
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis\

    • Develop and maintain complex data models and analytics tools\
    • Implement data governance policies and procedures\

Requirements:

  • 2-6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles\
  • Proficiency in SQL querying\
  • Proven experience with reporting and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms)\
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail\
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders\
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments\
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously\
