Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Sales Training Manager to develop, implement, and manage training programs aimed at enhancing the sales team's performance within the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales training, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the food and beverage market.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Develop Training Programs: Create comprehensive sales training programs that equip the sales team with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the food and beverage sector.
  2. Sales Skill Enhancement: Focus on developing key sales skills such as product knowledge, negotiation, customer relationship management, and closing techniques. Ensure that the training is tailored to the food and beverage industry, keeping up with trends and industry-specific challenges.
  3. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of the sales team to identify areas for improvement. Use this data to fine-tune training materials and sessions to address specific gaps or challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 8 years of experience in FMCG sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
