Senior Marketing Executive

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Senior Marketing Executive to drive the launch of a new luxury wellness retreat. This is an opportunity to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy from building the brand's presence to generating qualified leads for off-plan villa sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a full-scale marketing strategy for this luxury wellness retreat project.
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns to drive sales of off-plan villas.
  • Establish and grow a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create a monthly content calendar and transform raw video and photo content into optimized Reels stories and posts.
  • Set up and run targeted paid campaigns specifically targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website including showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Develop a structured funnel and lead qualification system to filter for serious investors.
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in real estate marketing preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales resorts or luxury properties.
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategy including social media ads funnels and websites.
  • Ability to independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads Meta Business Suite scheduling apps and website builders.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding positioning and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
