Job Title: Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled and creative Marketing Manager to lead the launch of a new luxury wellness retreat in Lombok, Indonesia.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing to take full ownership of the entire marketing journey—from building the brand's presence to generating qualified leads for off-plan villa sales.

  • About the Role:
  • Create a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive sales of off-plan villas.
  • Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to target international markets (Australia, Singapore, Japan, and others).
  • Establish a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Transform raw video and photo content into optimized Reels, stories, and posts.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns specifically targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website, including showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Create a structured funnel and lead qualification system to filter for serious investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Social media management and content creation.
  • Paid advertising and lead generation.
  • Website development and maintenance.
  • Lead qualification and follow-up.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Ability to independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
