Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating project schedules, budgets, and administrative tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support cross-functionally with a high attention to detail
  • Research, analyze, and document findings
  • Manage project timeline and administrative tasks
  • Assist in creating detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify requirements, objectives, and scope
  • Facilitate and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas and documentation
  • Follow up with project team on status of action items
  • Assist in allocating resources effectively to ensure project tasks are appropriately staffed
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Generate status reports for project manager and stakeholders, providing insights into the project's performance
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Provide administrative support to the project team as needed
