Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-board new clients by setting up their credentials and running sessions to train them on how to use our software.

  • Integrate our software with clients' payroll systems via online or XML mapping.

  • Work with developers to resolve issues and requests during implementation.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our software and adapt to its changes.

  • Clarify customer requirements and document complete and accurate Core HR and Onboarding Requirements Definitions.

  • Add clients to CRM, send welcome emails and manuals, and obtain CSV data from clients.

  • Assist with employee data validation and reporting setup using basic SQL.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Engage with live website chat customers to answer questions about our software and follow the data collection process.

  • Schedule demonstrations for Business Development Managers if the customer is interested.

  • Update CRM and report on weekly chat results.

Support Functionality:

  • Monitor reported issues and provide email and text chat support to customers.

  • Register and resolve first-level issues.

  • Escalate second-level issues to consultants.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Intermediate SQL experience (e.g., writing queries, sorting data).

  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., rapidly sorting, filtering, and realigning data).

  • Familiarity with Slack or similar team collaboration project tools.

  • Customer support/technical support role experience.

  • Perfect and fast written English.

Desirable but Non-Essential Experience:

  • Live web chat experience like Intercom and Zopim.

  • Marketing automation systems experience.

  • Supporting a software product experience.
