Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Representative to join our team.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to greet patients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
  • You will be responsible for managing patient scheduling, recalls, appointment setting, and confirmations, utilizing your exceptional organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
  • A high level of proficiency in insurance verification is required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with patients in English and Spanish.
  • You will utilize Open Dental software for scheduling and record-keeping, ensuring seamless integration with our practice management system.
  • As a Front Desk Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting daily front office operations, contributing to a smooth practice flow and exceptional patient experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Bilingualism in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with Open Dental software a plus
