We are seeking a seasoned Truck Supply Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of goods by coordinating with trucking partners and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with trucking partners to secure on-time truck availability and deployment.
  • Maintain accurate records of truck arrivals, no-shows, backfills, and exceptions; escalate issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, linehaul, and operations teams to align truck dispatch with loading timelines and route planning.
  • Assist in validating truck documentation (e.g., OR/CR, driver ID, plate number, body number) to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Manage the site's truck roster and support updates on truck inventory and partner assignments.
  • Escalate chronic or urgent truck supply issues to the Truck Supply Lead for strategic resolution.
  • Support daily truck performance monitoring and contribute to monthly evaluations of trucking partner performance.
  • Assist in special projects such as truck pooling, reallocation, and seasonal demand planning.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics, trucking coordination, or supply chain operations; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, especially in working with external vendors or partners.
  • Proficiency in basic Google Sheets (e.g., tracking tools, basic formulas).
  • Willingness to be deployed onsite and work in a fast-paced, dynamic logistics environment.
  • Amenable to shifting schedules and weekend work as required.
