Customer Relationship Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) specialist with expertise in GoHighLevel to create, manage and customize white-labeled CRM solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and maintain white-labeled CRM accounts, customizing them according to client needs.
  • Design and manage marketing funnels, landing pages, automation workflows, SMS/email campaigns and pipelines.
  • Assist clients in onboarding into the CRM platform, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize systems, and provide exceptional user experience.
  • Monitor progress on ongoing CRM builds and automation projects.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables for client CRM setups.
  • Conduct research on CRM features and competitors when necessary.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries about their CRM.
  • Manage client communication and provide timely updates or escalations.
  • Prepare walkthroughs, SOPs or short training videos for clients.
  • Manage email inboxes and calendars related to CRM or onboarding.
  • Organize CRM assets such as templates, campaigns and workflows.
  • Create reports summarizing account performance or engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience using GoHighLevel is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM setup, sales funnels, automation and white labeling is crucial.
  • Previous work experience as a Virtual Assistant, Tech VA or CRM Specialist is advantageous.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Able to work independently, follow SOPs and maintain confidentiality.
