About the Role:

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts to drive growth and engagement across various platforms. You will be responsible for promoting circus shows, managing Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign tracking, as well as providing international marketing support for coaching workshops and app launches targeting the USA and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Develop and execute promotional strategies for circus shows, including ticket sales, ad campaigns, and hype building.">
  3. Manage Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign tracking to optimize marketing performance.">
  4. Provide international marketing support for coaching workshops and app launches, targeting the USA and Europe.">
  5. Build and manage funnels, lead capture systems, and audience segmentation to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.">
  6. Grow and utilize email lists for shows, studios, and app audiences, drafting and scheduling email campaigns and newsletters to maintain engagement and conversions.">
  7. Contribute to pre-launch strategy for the online coaching app, including lead capture and audience nurturing.">
  8. Assist in driving sign-ups and trials post-launch.">
  9. Coordinate marketing activities across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google to ensure consistent branding and messaging.">
