Job Overview

This is a leadership role that oversees the day-to-day operations of engineering and maintenance functions in a property management setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure project-based deployment staff are present to attend daily activities and satisfy client needs.
  • Manage engineering and maintenance tasks, ensuring effective implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
  • Prepare terms of reference for major projects, vet and review renovation plans, and recommend energy conservation programs.
  • Troubleshoot emergency technical situations, execute daily ocular inspections, and coach and mentor staff.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Licensed Engineer with minimum 7 years of related work experience in building operations, engineering, and equipment and systems maintenance.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, make decisions, and maintain all building systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail and good observation skills.
