Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of technical support experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong background in customer service and technical problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems like Zendesk.
  • Experience working with SaaS integrations and debugging API-related issues is a plus.
  • Familiarity with database queries (SQL) for troubleshooting and log analysis tools like Datadog is an asset.
