Job Opportunity

This is a full-time, long-term position for a dedicated case coordinator.

The role involves managing workflows, tracking case statuses, and resolving workflow issues to ensure timely task completion, reporting, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track the legal workflow pipeline to meet deadlines and milestones.
  • Review case statuses weekly to identify overdue tasks or delays requiring attention or resource adjustments.
  • Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to clarify task assignments and resolve workflow issues.
  • Assist in preparing reports on case progress, workflow patterns, and areas needing improvement.
  • Conduct routine checks in the case management system to ensure accuracy and up-to-date documentation.
  • Coordinate case status meetings with the legal team and provide updates to the administrator.
  • Implement changes or improvements to workflows as directed by leadership.
  • Foster collaboration across teams for consistent handling of client matters.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a legal environment (case coordination, paralegal work, or legal operations).
  • Strong understanding of legal workflows and case management processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • General knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern Time).
  • Career-oriented mindset for serious, long-term candidates.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with case management software; familiarity with Clio is beneficial.
  • Certification in legal studies is preferred.
